I think it's time we stopped thinking of such statements as "funny". There is no fun at all in the fact that an "elected" president says he does not give a penny for what nations want and that he is intending to continue being President against nations will, against FISTF statuses and against every sense of justice. It is no fun at all to read that he is ready to make a war within FISTF because he is not "prepared" to get off our back.

This "circular" is deeply undemocratic and provocative. It reveals once again that the "provisional" BoD members think they are here to stay, no matter what. Take care gentlemen, this is not going to be easy.

The word "funny" was used in a sarcastic way of speaking, of course.
Sometimes, some of you did not interpret well other's words.
Of course, I'm not laughing at all. Instead, I'm very worried because I feel this is not the end of our problems with the provisional FISTF BoD.
They just began now.
Nevertheless the problem is now more worrying because those who were present in Rain's meating were not able to put an end to the situation in the time. It took another 4 months to the national associations ask for a EGM officially. It's a long time.
Let's now see what will be the next step of the provisional BoD.
Be prepared for more "surprises" (in a sarcastic way of speaking, again).

"Everyone is blaming Greek Federation, and till now is the only federation who possess a
table football building of its own"
I read this in circular 51.

Mr Silvio "Pinokio" everyone was blaming your partner communication director who is "illegal" president in Greece and his close friend who you selected for disciplinary council. No the Greek table soccer community.
I like your new nickname "pinokio". Because the federation doesn't in possesion a buiding. Your Greek friends rent a floor in a small building on their names no in the name of Greek Federation.
I hope that you can understand the difference. Because you cann't understand that you and your partners are personas non grata in table soccer.

Good night and good luck.

p.s your profesional friends did with wrong way all the knock out games in greek sattelite. They couldn't change the 1A , 2B ,M1 of program with the correct names in veteran and in open category.
And you with them you will prepare a profesional table soccer? HA HA HA
lol!

So that's why I couldn't understand the way the results were published!

Also, tell organizers to add the first names of players because sometimes there are 2, 3 or 4 players with the same family name and it's complicated to make the world rankings...

according on the statutes that has to be done by the board, and the board has to organize such an EGM latest 3 months after they received the official request for the EGM.
the rest is very unclear.
for an example:
there is nothing mentioned about a deadline when the associations have to be invited and so on.

some people deal with that in a fair way, some others maybe not. we will see what will happen.

so we must wait 3 months if the current Fistf BoD organise a meeting.
After 3 months who will organise the EGM?
I think the countries which ask EGM.
the deadline is in March.

one more time in such a case there is nothing written down what has to happen then, i guess the representants can go then to the french police!??

honestly I don't know, but there seem to be a lot of people who know better than me, so hopefully one of those will answer all those questions.

I think the FISTF Council must do it, if Catania didn't before a deadline.

I'm almost sure Catania won't organize anything. He's just busy "preparing his counterattack" as I saw in one of his last circular letters (N°53):
Although we are facing a number of people trying to discredit our work, we are putting the Federation
on the right track, especially in accounts – a department which was full of surprises which will be
published soon for everyone to see what happened during the last administration and also the accounts as from January 2010. We have no issue to hide our work.
Pathetic...

CIRCULAR0052 14th December 2010
To: All Presidents
All Nations
Dear All,
Insurance Policy
In the past weeks I tried to work with everybody and tried also to understand the position of different
federations. I tried to close an eye on organisational matters but now we cannot continue like this. The
same people who I tried to understand are the same people that now are pointing fingers towards me
and this board for not being correct.
I would like to inform you that if you are not submitting an insurance policy to cover all the tournaments
in your country to be held as from January 1st, 2011 the tournament are cancelled. All insurance
policies are to arrive by not later than 31st December 2010.
This was already asked in August 2010 but it seems that our federations are only ready to point fingers
and not organise themselves and do things in the legal way.

Dear All,
PayPal Account for FISTF
Although we are facing a number of people trying to discredit our work, we are putting the Federation
on the right track, especially in accounts – a department which was full of surprises which will be
published soon for everyone to see what happened during the last administration and also the accounts
as from January 2010. We have no issue to hide our work.
In this regards, we wanted from day one to have everything regularised and I can now say to you that
thanks to the Finance Commission there is now a PayPal account on behalf of FISTF.
FISTF@live.co.uk is the new PayPal account for the table football Federation.
I take the opportunity to the Finance Commission.

Olivier Père resigned. Although he clearly never was a real member according to Catania, as Catania has made decisions without Olivier having the possibility to vote.

Does anyone know if Garnier and Collins have voted on all these "decisions"?

Oh yes, and following the resignation the Sports Commission naturally doesn't exist anymore. Or I suppose so at least. Martinez, Aggelinas and Kouvonkorpi have already said the follow Olivier.

The way Catania has treated the Sports Director and his Commission is outrageous. They were led to believe that they had something to say in sporting matters. But having Père as a Sports Director was clearly just a way to buy time for himself after Rain.

I have already informed him and the nations of TF that I consider this to be a personal insult. The time used for this "work" that was always a sharade, was directly taken from my family and especially my children. And I know that for example Olivier also has a family and did even more work for this.

I expect a personal apology from Mr Catania for this.

I only saw this today as I have been on holiday for 2 weeks and have enjoyed avoiding all the bullshit ! I too will follow Olivier, though I guess it doesn't really make a difference as with no Olivier as Sports Director there is no team behind him any more.

True, true. It was Olivier's commission, which can't work without him. It's also clear that the whole commission is behind Olivier, but I didn't want to mention those who didn't yet comment.

clown I should maybe have written "I demand" or "he owes an apology". I really don't expect him to be man enough for this.

Olivier wasn not BoD member. He was a partner. Like the CoN. He couldn't take decisions. Only to make proposals.

Fistf's story is the same with Greek story. So i cann't have any surprise for the happenings.
Catania use Olivier's name. No the person "Olivier".
The same did in Greece King Koutroul. He use Aggelinas' name.
Both Oliv and Chris did the same wrong. They give their confidence to wrong persons.
Maybe many of you, believe that i am a person who love to blame everybody.
No i am maybe the only person who keep my eyes and my mind open and my ears close. Probably i must close my mouth but i am not perfect.
