You have to wait in the queue Luis
The BoD Secretariat and communication department are very busy now taking care of other important matters.

And hopefully we will learn more precise details what job all the candidates will do and how do they think to operate in the future, with or without resentments. That could really help to find a good choice.

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
According to "CIRCULAR0023" offically published, here are the lists:
Presidents-candidates:
Catania & Coppenolle
Board Members:
Büsing, Collins, Garnier, Gersie, Horta, Koutromanos, Vanton & Vulpes
I miss the names Aggelinas & Drazinakis.

To be mentionned that it is written nowhere in the statutes of FISTF that candidates have to be presented by the national associations. Therefore refusing candidates is totally illegal.

This is tottaly bullshit.
The Catania board makes once again the miracle.
This is not accepted and my brother nomitation is still on.

Certainly not a bad choice. And serious, who else should do the job out of the rest of the candidates?
Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
I am seriously worried about the Sports Department ... who else out of the candidates could be able to be Sports Director if not Chris Aggelinas ? But he is missing on the list. In a phone call from last week I suggested to Silvio Catania the approval of all three nominations from Hellas (incl. Drazinakis).
I am really wondering how FISTF will manage the Sports Department as from September ...

I hope at least those candidates who are not accepted get or got a feedback why they are not accepted.

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
Personally, I was not surprised to see that my name is missing from the list of "officially" accepted candidates. However, I had already informed the receiver of my application (FISTF secretary, I don't know if it is Taglaiferri or another person, replacing Stefano) that my lawyer is going to take care of the matter if my application was rejected ILLEGALLY. Therefore, it is now time for FISTF BoD to decide if they want to involve lawyers and legal objections in the process of the election or not.Admin wrote:To be mentionned that it is written nowhere in the statutes of FISTF that candidates have to be presented by the national associations. I only have to mention here that for the last two years I have constantly been warning FISTF about the risks and dangers a specific person is putting on International Table Football community, in his effort to satisfy his personal ambitions.
Nobody listened and everyone said this was an "internal matter". Well, the time has come that the same problem is already FISTF's problem. The same methods, the same disrespectful behaviour, the same target, the same results.
You should have been angry two years ago, when the same things happened in Greece. Instead, you accused me and the other people who protested with me, that we were troublemakers and you became partners with the ILLEGAL BoD and you (and your brother) supported them.chragg wrote:This is tottaly bullshit.

Giorgos Aggelinas
I think Chris Aggelinas is the best candidate for the post of the Sports Director and I am really wondering what is the excuse for excluding him from the candidates list!!!Janus_Gersie wrote:I am seriously worried about the Sports Department ... who else out of the candidates could be able to be Sports Director if not Chris Aggelinas ? No, I have not received any feedback until now. Honestly speaking, I do not expect to get any feedback. Contempt is the only thing we have been receiving form the BoD until now.Heinz Eder wrote:I hope at least those candidates who are not accepted get or got a feedback why they are not accepted.

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
So..., at the moment we have a "offical" list of eight candidates as BoD-members, but it is not mentioned for what job.
It turns out to be a flop...
Let´s take a look to the financal department....
In the provisional BoD the treasurer is Alan Collins. After all those meetings during the past few months I am very curious what his financal report at the congress in September will show, how much money FISTF still have on its account, comparing to the financal report from January 2010 presented by Fred Vulpes. I guess, Alan Collins will candidate again as Financal Director. What if, Alan will lose vs Fred... will he candidate then as Sports Director?
Let´s take a look to the communication department....
I know Luís and me will be candidates. What´s going on with the current Communication Director? Or does he thinks he´s applicable in multifunctionally ways? I hope not...
Let´s take a look to the job as General Secretary...
The current one is Laurent Garnier, who candidates again, but for what? Again as General Secretary? I hope not, because he interpreted this job as anything else, but not as FISTF General Secretary. That was done by Stefano Tagliaferri, who already quit the job.
Where are the names for the Sports and Marketing Department?
These elections are not going to be desaster, they are already a desaster.
The whole procedere = ragged & rubbish.
Who is responsible for all that "professional" nonsense?

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
I think the best solution would be to accept Chris Aggelinas nomination for Sports Director and have Laurent Garnier as Marketing Director candidate. Then, only the General Secretary post will be claimed by the rest of the candidates.
I have already protested to the secretary of FISTF for my exclusion of the list of candidates. Let's see what happens...

About the cancellation of Chris Aggelinas:
I would suggest that the Hellas federation sent the cancellation for Chris without consulting him ...
Could be possible, or ?

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
I am candidate for the making of World Ranking but I can't see my name.
Would that mean that my candidature was refused by Board ?
If I can help for Secretary, I already have the full database for WR and I am sure we could add some thngs on it for administrative reasons.
Cheers

No George.
We are angry with you.
Because your acts are tottaly bullshit.
You refuse to my teamate WITHOUT REASON to take part in Acropolis G.P. We sent all the names-participations of our club but you selected one name of them to don't play because you have problem with him.
You critize Catania's Board's decisions but your decision are worst.
Your personal problem is not accepted in FISTF's tournament.
Fistf needed persons without personal problems. NOBODY AND NOTHING IS OVER THE GAME.
The game and the rules are over your problems from the past.

Re: Candidates Lists for FISTF BoD elections
Dear friends,
to make it clear that I don't care nothing about the next election of the
board.
I just wanted to clarify two important points:
1) The statute says that in the board is allowed to present only one person
per country. Only in exceptional cases it may have more. Now we have three
Germans, three Greek, two French and two Belgian. You tell me what is the
exceptional case? This will be simply an election.
2) In addition to these nobody of the candidates said for what office wants to
be elected. Only Thossa Busing given an unoficially information.
Personally I don't care anything. You can do anything you like but I think it should be clarified.

And don't forget a portuguese whos' trying to keep himself out of any kind of fights, not choosing parts.

That's correct, but remember the text of the "Nomination for the Board of Directors" form.
Just quoting,
The position to apply for are as follows:
President
Member of the Board
The current board didn't ask to said what office wants to be elected and it seems, anyone said it, except Thossa.
Everybody knows my work with the FISTF website last season, when this website was always updated in due time. This does not mean that I'm candidate for Communication only and I was not invited by any of the candidates for president also. Nevertheless, I can wait because my purpose it helping FISTF in any case.

I think you should care. All of us should care. In time, all must by clarified, for sure.
We must be pacient and wait for the right moment to do so.
