No tournaments in Dortmund?

Is the Dortmund international tournament utterly dead? I shall probably be in the Ruhrpott in early October, eager for partecipation to any kind of event.

There might be a WASPA tournament not so far from Dortmund in the near future...

... and there'll be a Satellite on October 14th ... if confirmed by FISTF ...

This information is brand-new, request for the tournament had been sent approx. one hour ago ;-)

It's certainly not a Satellite (this word is too complicated to understand) but and "Open B"

It can't be an "Open B" because we applied for a Satellite

BTW: I loved the term "Satellite". I can´t see any reason to remove it. In my opinion - always - the term "International Open" for a tournament-serie was misplaced because of the "Open"-category. I would have loved to see the term "Int. Open" in general deleted, but now we have it twice

Sorry to be unable to participate I held hope till the very last, but I absolutely must be in Italy on Monday.

I planned to play both Rain and Bergkamen, and finished missing them both. Such is life... my greets to all participants!
