Results of the tournaments
In the official FISTF-website the last results of the tournaments are from March. Why exactly no results after March ? Is it a technicalproblem ? Is there none in the Bod who could have enough time to do the updating to the website ? I understand if those are the problems, but then the Bod should call for help. There must be someone in the TF-world who has the time and skills.
If you look any sport/game-website with eyes of an outsider, and you notice that no results are updated for a long time, you will consider that sport/game as dead. Updating results is the heartbeat from which you know the federation is alive. Now FISTF look like a zombie, to the outsiders at least.
And it would be nice to the insiders too to find the results easily from the FISTF-website.

Re: Results of the tournaments
When I was president, when I didn't get the results in the right format, I did the job myself. So Catania knows what he has to do now...
Re: Results of the tournaments
The problem is the worst BoD communication department of all times.
The results must be somewhere, otherwise Frederic wouldn´t be able to make the World Rankings. As long as the results are not available in an offical FISTF format, it shouldn´t be the problem to publish the results in any format.

It would be as simple as publishing a blog ...

Re: Results of the tournaments
The first thing Catania did after the meeting in Frankfurt in January was to prevent me to post articles on the FISTF news blog (that I had created).
And then he's wondering why I didn't want to help him. Sooo funny :-)

Re: Results of the tournaments
Still no results on the official FISTF page? Not even from the World Cup, which is the biggest event of FISTF. This really is pathetic and ridiculous.
Who is responsible for the web page? Can anyone give me an answer?
Whoever it is, should be sacked immediately.

Re: Results of the tournaments
Just do like me, contact the organizer of every tournament to keep datas for your personal archives
Re: Results of the tournaments
Of course everyone could do that. I can imagine the happiness of organizers when answering 1000 people separately.
But my problem is the one Kari mentioned in the first post of this topic. An official website that has no results since March, and is only "alive" with the notorious "sc blog", gives an indication to outsiders that the game is dead.
It's really beyond any understanding that this can happen. Especially as there seems to be time for all sorts of other things, and interested people (like Horta, I believe) could make it work easily.

The table football community has the board they deserve. They managed to elect a president that noone had ever seen just based on promises that he didn't keep. A president who cancels elections, who refuses a vote of confidence and who does not understand why I have a problem with him...
The former Board was not perfect but the new one is S . . T!!!

Vincent, you should not forget that you had been warned sbout what was going to happen. You trusted the wrong people when you had the chance to save yourself and most importantly to save world table football.
I agree with you however that, while they do not react against this ridiculous situation, the table football community have the board they deserve...

Is there anyone who knows who is responsible for the site since March? It's easier to demand something, if you know from whom to demand it.

Vesa, usually it is (was) a cooperation between Sports Department and Communication Department. So far the responsible persons in this matter are Stefano de Francesco and Leonidas Koutromanos.
In fact, the last years Vincent was the man who did this job perfectly.
