Could you please confirm if you received the Finnish votes by mail in time or not. If you did not receive them in time then there is two possibilities for EGM to decide:
1) Finland's votes do not count as they arrived late by post
2) I can sent the Finnish votes (the same ones that will arrive late) by e-mail or SMS to whoever the EGM decides.

In the latter case, the Finnish votes can be validated after the EGM from the letter.
