Changes to the calendar system?
Thossa seems to have written about this in the SN. I'll give you an answer to this, which I (a person without any knowledge of the game, which makes your suggestion and understanding of things suspicious, too ) also suggested to Stefano as possible development before Madrid.
I would also suggest to involve price-money only at a new category for FISTF-tour: a Masters Series only for Open-players within the Top 100. Here it could be possible to play high class tournaments, maybe in capital cities, widespread, perfect for media coverage, with all strict rules of aesthetic as Jose mentioned in his editorial on subbuteonews.com
Unfortunately, I was given the answer that "no, no, no" all tournaments have to be open to everyone, and the vision is a full hall with players who have dropped from the competitions following the big games to the end, and the tv would be there at some point. O... k...
Thossa, your opening is of course important (for anyone interested in open discussion), but I think it was once discussed here a lot. Why do it all again? I also have to remind that the discussion would need to be started from blank paper, without only modifications to the existing calendar, but reviewing the whole idea of the circuit and ranking compared to the national circuits. Also geography, meaning (weight) of tournaments, effect on the number of participants etc have to be considered. But it's been discussed before, so I won't write it again now. And nevertheless, the perfect answer is already known...
So why on earth would you start a discussion, Thossa

Sorry to disappoint you, Vesa, but I drunk my last Campari as a teenager
Ouzo and turkish Raki cleans stormach after a good meal. That´s all what I need as high-proof
Still a native son
1st = beer
2nd = red wine
Re: Changes to the calendar system?
Next time we meet, we'll have first beer, second red wine, and then we flush the stomach with Ouzo and Raki. After that it's time to go down the Campari memory lane
