New rules about fees, associations, licenses,...
FISTF is all now about money and business. But do they still care about the players?
Re: New rules about fees, associations, licenses,...
Cardiff GP Taxes
151 Euros
68 players = 68 Euros
11 Teams = 33 Euros
non member fees =50 Euros
Can anyone tell what a non member fee is please?
I assume if you allow a youth to play in the open you have to pay twice!!
I've just paid 100 Euros for membership fees

Hi John, you don't pay double if you let play a player in 2 categories.
The tax is per player and per team, not per number of players in each category.
If that was done, it is a mistake by the financial department in my opinion.

They just need money to pay the meeting scheduled in Athens. From what I heard several plane tickets are already paid...

It's a fee for all people who play FISTF rules anywhere in the world, in any circumstances. If FISTF finds out, you pay...
The new fees mean that I personally am against us organising a finnish GP. We are usually making negative result anyway in that, because of high rents for the location, and with a small federation it is not easy to cover up for that.
(John, you should consider taking the step I urged you to do elsewhere. At least to get rid of these ridiculous extra fees.)
