Re: World Grand Malta Desaster
It is absolutely impossible to whitewash this event and I am very curious what the provisional FISTF BoD will publish to present it as a success. Everyone was and is still able to follow the embarrasing organisation via internet (www.fistf.info).
The italians gave a resounding slap to Catania and they disgrace unwitting the maltese association. But not only the italians showed Catania the red card, even all other invited players attested what they thought about the whole thing - nothing!
Just a blow out of energy, money and time.
Silvio Catania would be well-advised to recognize the signs of the time. Free FISTF from incompetant persons in the provisional BoD. Set the stage for new election AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for the good of our Table Football.

According to some people, meeting for games and having fun means "it is a success". That's how some people think the Europa League was a success as well...

Well i hope we once will have a president that will accept democracy... as i think in your city there is enough signs of dictatorship... do we need that any longer in fistf??

Re: World Grand Malta Desaster
nobody needs a dictatorship. neither in fistf nor in REAL life...
let's get off our computers and let's tear down the signs of dictatorship...

Isn't that the point of playing any more then ?Admin wrote:According to some people, meeting for games and having fun means "it is a success".
(I don't agree with this tournament of course, before you ask.)

Re: World Grand Malta Desaster
If having tournaments to have fun is the key of success, I wish long life to all types of tournaments. Some Satellites are bigger than the Europa League and Challengers and Futures and usually places where peole have fun and enjoy playing. That's at least one good reason to keep these tournaments int he FISTF circuit (just in case some people still think these tournaments are meaningless).Martin Hodds wrote:Isn't that the point of playing any more then ?Admin wrote:According to some people, meeting for games and having fun means "it is a success".

Re: World Grand Malta Desaster
Good news from FISTF financal department (but I wonder that Alan Collins isnĀ“t able to do itself):
Just to correct you
FISTF accounts paid nothing to Malta and said 4 weeks ago-NOTHING
Please go and post on your forum now the truth

Re: World Grand Malta Desaster
Probably there is no money left anyway. That's probably why they don't have meetings anymore...
