greek sattelite 10-2-2013

excuse me i want to ask something

in fistf calendar there were a greek sattelite in 10 february in athens and aggelinas was competition manager
yesterday i learnt that sattelite will take place in Larissa (400km far from Athens) and the competition manager isn't aggelinas
Is it valid legal and under fistf's rules? Who can change the place 10 days before?
I heard that greek federation took the decision.
I am waiting the new BoD to start protect the players. Not yet the players ar the victims. We must pay moneys for license we cann't watch a tournament because the BoD of federation took a decision without reasons, now we wait for a strong penalty against people who didn't respect the players.

P.S is it possible a player who is banned by fisfs' disciplinary council to be head referee?

I think it is not enough to post this information on this forum, you should better get in touch directly with the new responsible persons in this matter.
