Jawohl, natürlich und sicher! Das Jari Litmanen -Land hat auch Lederhosen als die offizielle Mannschaftuniform planiert...
And in english that would be something like: Many thanks for asking. We'll be there in slip and tie. Or tongue in cheek.
To be honest I'm not sure which players would be willing or available to go. But I'm quite sure that at least in the individual competition there will be our top two players. The team competition depends a lot on whether all the team players get games also in the individual competition. Also, I suppose, the individual groups of at least four (meaning three games) make it more attractive thought for us.

Und vielleicht sehen wir auch Uli "die andere haben zu viel Geld" Höness (der gemeinsamer idol der finnische Regeln Spieler des HeSu PJK) in Lederhosen in einem bräuhaus! Das währe etwas ganz besonderes.

Aren't the austrians bavarians?... Sorry all austrians, I'm a bit tired and can't write anything without joking very badly.
Once when I was in Bavaria I met a girl called Beate in a bar. All I could say was "i only know one Beate. Beate Uhse". A pick up line of fine art...

Re: Suomi goes to Bavaria?
open: Marko Karhunen and Jarkko Lindholm
veterans: Kari Hakkarainen
Maybe one or two players more in the open. I just don't know for sure how many players Finland is allowed to have in the Open ? No one is comig just for the team competition.

Hi finland can have 2 players for sure in the starter field, but without promising something, there is a good chance to get 1 more player from the list of subs.
It depends like every year on the number of registrations. but we should know it latest on 20th of july and then the starter list should be finished immediately.

That is ok if we know the starterlist immediately on 20th of July, but that is not ok if we need to wait until the last week of August. Our sub will be most probably Vesa Kouvonkorpi.

I'm pretty sure that we are going to have a starter list (incl. subs) before the 1st of august.
So I would add at least one sub for the Open.

Re: Suomi goes to Bavaria?
On 9th of July I sent an email to FISTF where I told the names of team Finland.
On 30th of July I got email from FISTF where I was asked to confirm that our substitution-player is really coming. I was given time until 4th of August to give the answer, otherwise Finland would lose the substitution-place. I wonder why the email, which I sent on 9th of July was not enough and why I was given so little time to answer ?
I have been on a vacation and not been able to read my email so often.
