So satisfied, that the non-Communications Director is again a candidate for FISTF Board!!!

Personally, I think we should all feel happy that he has not sued anybody yet...

I'm expecting a comment from President Catania about this, too. Either officially or here.

Communication: It doesn't help in the situation BUT: everybody could have known that before the EGM in Frankfurt. But not everybody was well informed or asked the right questions. So it is like it is. Yes, it is disappointing. We all have to draw a conclusion regarding the coming elections ....

We always said that the big job to be int he FISTF Board is the daily management of FISTF.

I agree there are "big projects" to work on and it's great to see big ideas but as long as the main goals of FISTF are not reached, it's meaningless to speak about "big changes".

The important keys are:
- running the FISTF Tour
- communication in general (it's unacceptable that when players send an e-mail to the FISTF Board, they don't get a quick reply).

I can't believe the Board has been working on rewriting the statutes of FISTF as:
- it was not a priority;
- some changes are not relevant (in general it's only good to change things when it brings a major improvement)

Also, FISTF has to understand the real size of the table football community. Our priority is to be close to the players, clubs and associations and... ALL ASSOCIATIONS. If the FISTF Board does not understand that in an international body Australia is as important as Italy, then there is a big problem!

There were a lot of mistakes int he running of the Major of Bologna (in particular int he draw) but as always, people prefer to close their eyes and just say it was perfect. That's one of the priorities to change!

at least they acknowledged the Edinburgh tournament.

Sydney was the week before, the first tournament in this part of the world for 15 years!

makes you wonder why we bother!
